American Brandon Nakashima clinched the 2022 Subsequent Gen ATP Finals title in Milan on Saturday with a straight-sets win over Jiri Lehecka of the Czech Republic.
It took fourth-seeded Nakashima an hour and 20 minutes to beat Lehecka 4-3 (5), 4-3 (6), 4-2 within the summit conflict and make it 5 wins out of 5 matches on the occasion.
This was Nakashima’s second look on the year-ending match for 21-and-under gamers. In 2021, Nakashima had misplaced to compatriot Sebastian Korda within the semifinals.
