The founders of (), Radhika Roy and Prannoy Roy, will divest majority of their stake within the firm to Adani Group firm AMG Media Community, they mentioned in a launch.
Following the current open supply launched by the Adani Group, AMG Media Community is the single-largest shareholder in NDTV.
“With mutual settlement, we’ve got determined to divest most of our shares in NDTV to the AMG Media Community,” the founders mentioned within the launch.
