Eligibility Criteria for AP TET 2023
The eligibility criteria for the AP TET 2023 are as follows:
- Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed.) from a recognized university.
- Candidates must have completed their 10+2 or equivalent examination with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
- Candidates must have a valid teaching experience of at least one year in a government or private school in Andhra Pradesh.
For Primary Level Class 1-5 AP TET Qualification
For the primary level (Class 1-5), candidates must have a Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.) degree from a recognized university.
For Primary Level Class 6-8 AP TET Qualification
For the upper primary level (Class 6-8), candidates must have a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree from a recognized university.
Application Fee
- The application fee for the AP TET 2023 is INR 250/- per paper.
Selection Process
The AP TET 2023 will be conducted in two papers: Paper 1 and Paper 2. Paper 1 will be for candidates who want to teach at the primary level (Class 1-5), and Paper 2 will be for candidates who want to teach at the upper primary level (Class 6-8).
The exam will be conducted in a computer-based test (CBT) mode. The questions will be multiple choice questions (MCQs).
